What we provide

Glow Masterz provides mobile car interior detailing services. We travel to your location in Ottawa or Gatineau with our own equipment and supplies. Services are performed as described in the package you select at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, including vehicles with conditions (biohazard, severe pest infestation, structural damage) that fall outside the scope of standard detailing.

Where we operate

We currently service Ottawa and Gatineau, including but not limited to: Centretown, The Glebe, Sandy Hill, Vanier, Hunt Club, Kanata, Hull, and Aylmer. If you are unsure whether your address is within our service area, contact us before booking.

Bookings outside our standard service area may be accepted at our discretion and may incur an additional travel fee communicated prior to confirmation.

Appointments

Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us by phone or email. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed.

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice — no charge. Please call or text (613) 762-0432 to cancel.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice — may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• No-shows — if we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or no one is available to grant access, this is treated as a late cancellation.
• Weather — extreme weather (freezing temperatures, heavy rain) may require rescheduling at no charge to either party.

Pricing and payment

Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, e-Transfer, and any payment methods listed at the time of booking. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

Quoted prices are based on the vehicle size and condition described at booking. If the actual condition significantly differs from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price before starting work.

Access and preparation

To allow us to perform the service:

• The vehicle must be accessible and unlocked at the scheduled time
• Valuables, personal documents, and fragile items should be removed beforehand
• We require reasonable access to the vehicle's interior (seats, trunk, floor)
• If working at your home or driveway, ensure there is adequate space around the vehicle

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We will set aside any items found during cleaning but are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside.

What we can and cannot guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim to deliver showroom-level results every time. However, the final outcome depends on the age, condition, and material of your vehicle's interior.

• Permanent stains — some stains (dye transfer, deep set ink, bleach damage, chemical burns) cannot be fully removed and are not covered by any satisfaction guarantee.
• Worn or fragile materials — aged or cracked leather, fraying fabric, or damaged trim may show wear more visibly after cleaning. We will flag any such concerns before proceeding.
• Odour elimination — we significantly reduce odours but cannot guarantee complete elimination of deeply embedded smells (smoke, pet, mildew) in a single treatment.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will assess whether a re-do or partial refund is appropriate.

Limitation of liability

Glow Masterz carries general liability insurance for our operations. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a single service appointment is limited to the amount paid for that appointment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in your vehicle that are discovered or made visible during the cleaning process.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Bookings made after an update are subject to the current terms.
